The Provincial Finance Group (Provic) is the industry body representing thirteen debenture issuing companies based in regional centres across Victoria and southern New South Wales.
The activities of the Provic member companies extend into all areas of Australia. Provic members hold Australian Financial Services Licences and report to their appointed Trustee.
The Provic member companies presently hold in excess of $1.3 Billion of investors’ funds - and in excess of $1 Billion lent on the security of mortgage over freehold property and the balance predominantly in liquid funds.
